Pc won't post? USB and hdmi unresponsive

Everything seems fine while building my PC but when I turn it on, all the lights are working all the fans are working but my mouse and keyboard don't light up and my screen doesn't turn on, I think it's b cause I have a 6-pin and a 4-pin, 6-pin is for gpu and 4 pin is for the motherboard, the motherboard takes a 8pin so do I need to buy a 4-pin to 8-pin or is there something else completely wrong

Try switching it on with keyboard and mouse removed.

Remove the GPU and try if you are using 2 GPUs remove both and connect Monitor to motherboard and try.

Was there a VGA cable provided either with the Monitor or the motherboard. Or is one available in your house.

I hate MSI motherboards never worked for me. MSI has lot of Quality Control issues.

I never recommend MSI motherboards to anyone no matter what(unless they specifically ask for it, but I do caution them about QC issues)

If you bought it online send it back and get refund.

If you bought it form local store return it and replace it with ASUS or Gigabyte.

ASUS and Gigabyte both have great quality but ASUS beats Gigabyte for having having better Software support.

Go with ASUS if possible otherwisw Gigabyte is also a great option.

Get that MSI board replaced.
