I want to upgrade my pc, but I don't go to work yet so I would have to sell my old parts beforehand. Where could I sell GPU or CPU for great price? Not sure many would want to buy a Gtx 760 or Intel i5 4670K 3.4Ghz

I'm sure many people would want to buy computer parts.
You can try auctioning the parts in places like eBay, auctioning will allow you to get market value for them, or you can find buyers in your neighborhood.

I can post full specs when i get home, in approx. 6hours. I got GeForce GTX 760 2GB;
afaik Intel i5 4670K 3.4Ghz;
Samsung 19,5 inch monitor, quite new and second one which is 10years old;
8GB of RAM;
1TB HDD;
125GB SSD (going to sell it);
No sure about power

No worries, post again when you get home, motherboard would be appreciated.
Looks like the only upgrades you'll need though are potentially a 24" 144hz monitor if you have the budget for it and a new graphics card. :)
A budget for the upgrade would also be great, preferably including the money from the sold SSD as a sort of reserve budget fund.

I think that should be everything. One question, if i play about an hour, games start freezing/stuttering, e.g. BF1/BF4/Tom Clancy's:Rainbow Six Siege. When i look at the task manager at that point it is at 100% with all 4 cores, should i upgrade GPU or CPU/Motherboard in that case?
