My current specs:

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 8GB Founder's Edition

CPU: i7 4790k @4GHZ |||| 4.4GHZ TURBO

CPU cooler: CRYORIG H7

MOBO: MSI Z97 PC mate

RAM: 8GB 2X4GB 1333MHZ

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB

HDD: standard 1tb HDD (giving it away to a friend so he can make a PC)

PSU: Thermaltake 600 watt TR2

CASE: Cooler Master 431

What I wanted to do was a fancy new case

Corsair crystal 570X

16 GB of RAM (haven't chosen what ram yet)

And a fancy modular PSU to go with the case, and obviously to have a good PSU

EVGA supernova 550 watt G2 80+ GOLD

For around 250$ USD+

Is everything going to be compatible here?

Any suggestions?

Also about the 570X, should I buy more fans?

And does anyone know if you can replace the h7 fan with an LED fan?

Solution
Yes, everything is going to be compatible.
I'd add one rear and one top exhaust fans.
you can replace the fan on the cooler - it is a standard 120mm fan.
As for the PSU, IMHO Corsair RM650x would be a better option. The 550 is enough, but 650 will be much quieter as the fan will almost never spin. It can be found on sale for ~80$.
But I seriously doubt you will fit the 250$ budget. The case is 180$, the PSU is 80-100$ and the 2x8GB RAM is 70-80$
