Since you are going for a budget build I would recommend going for a cheaper 4gb Rx 480 or Rx 470 and spending more on a G4620. From what I've seen online in benchmarks it sits between an i3 6100 and 7100 in performance but cost under $100, while the 6100 and 7100 sit between $110 and $130.

This link shows that the 4560 will bottleneck a Rx 470.

I've seen it hold 60+ fps in Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3 via Youtube benchmarks. It does have 3M smartcache doesn't it?
