MOBO:ASUS H110M-HTV
CPU:i5-6600k
GPU:EVGA GTX1060 6GB
MEMORY:Crucial 2x4GB 2133MHz
CASE: Cooler Master Force 500
CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Seidon 120V ver2

I already have power supply and other stuff from current PC so no need to worry about those.

Solution
if your going to get a 6600K cpu (usually purchased for overclocking it) I would suggest changing the H110 board to a Z170 or z270 board so you may overlock your cpu , otherwise if you do not intend on overclocking your CPU keep motherboard and change cpu to 6600 *no K) and save a few bucks

so here are the two choices depending if your going to overclock or not.. ( your parts on pc parts pick web site)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z270-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($161.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($50.88 @ OutletPC)...

Hey. thanks for the answer. how about the regular i5-7600 (without K)? Would that be a good pick for the CPU to that lower build you linked?
