Msi AfterBurner / OverColocking GTX 750 TI / Help

Everytime i try to overclock with afterburner or the Frames Per Second continue the same or the computer crashes !
Its my second attempt so i dont realy understand !
Can anyone take an print of yours settings on afterburner with Gtx 750 Ti ?

My Computer Specs :
I3 6100 37GHZ
8 Gb Ram
GeForce Gtx 750
Etc Etc

So the first thing i noticed was that my power value 100% was the max http://prntscr.com/dx8e3i and on yours it wasnt !
This is my main problem :
I do litle steps with 15 mhz on core clock and memory clock and i run kombustor to see everytime and until i reach the point it crashes i go back 30 mhz , then i open for example Far Cry Primal and i run his benchmark test and it crashes my computer , i reboot and i put lower values and my fps go down a lot Without trying to overclock i play at 60 65 fps on low settings after the "failed" i play like 25 30

Which brand of the GTX 750 Ti did you choose? EVGA? Gigabyte? MSI? etc. Also, does your GTX 750 Ti require external power? Because my 1050 Ti has a 6 pin power connector on it.

To check if your graphics card has a 6 pin connector, you will need to get inside your computer's case, and check your graphics card for a 6 pin port, which is where the PCIe external power goes. Hello again, your GPU BIOS may not allow adjustment of power limits. 100% is just at the highest you can get. Your manufacturer may have restricted adjusting of power limits.
