So, there is quite a bit of a difference (15€) between these 3 ssds:
Samsung SSD 750 EVO | 2.5" SATA | 250GB | 540/520 MB/sec |
Samsung PM871a 256GB SSD 2.5” 7mm, SATA 6 Gbit/s, Read/Write: 540 MB/s / 520 MB/s, Random Read/Write IOPS 97K/79K
OCZ TL100 240GB SSD, 2.5” 7mm, SATA 6 Gbit/s, Read/Write: 550 MB/s / 530 MB/s, Random Read/Write IOPS 85K/80K

i need an ssd for gaming, a little bit of programming and basic office work. what should i consider between these 3?

No, the PM871a is a 2.5" drive.. http://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/products/flash-storage/client-ssd/MZ7LN256HMJP?ia=831

The 750 Evo would be faster due to it's higher IOPS (97K/88K) but is also the oldest. Sequential transfers would be similar but the I/O of the 750 Evo would probably be slightly more responsive. We are talking miniscule differences here though. The PM871a does have the newer V-NAND controller which may be better but all three are TLC and pretty close in spec.
