Is 185w usage too low for a 620w PSU?

Hi. Im planning changing my awful generic PSU (it already cost me a motherboard and a HDD). SInce i plan buying a dedicated gpu card in the future, I want to invest in a power supply that has... acceptable wattage for the average single-gpu, i think..
Im about to upgrading the PSU to a Seasonic M12II-Evo 620w
https://seasonic.com/product/m12ii-620-evo/
The thing is, until i got the card (maybe in middle 2017), i will use my desktop computer plain as it is:
Asrock FM2A58M-VG3 + R2.0
AMD Apu A10 5800k with Raeddon Graphics
2 Western Digital HDD 7200Rpm
Generic CPU fan, i think.

According to this site, i'm using about 185w, which translates to 30% of the max Wattage the Seasonic can supply.

Solution
You're gonna waste some power
On the other hand the PSU will be pretty quiet since the fan will run at minimum rpm.
No harm to your system, maybe some to your bank account (due to higher initial cost + lower efficiency)
The only thing you should know i guess is that they aren't effecient across their spectrum.

For example, at 75% load a PSU may be 80% efficient, meaning it wastes 20%.

But that same exact PSU under 25% load may be 70% efficient, meaning it wastes 30%.

There is absolutely no harm in this. Just something to think about.

Thanks both of you for your quick and kind responses!
I've already read many threads and sites with that answer, that at low usage it will consume more energy than needed unlike at a higher demand which has more efficency.
But that PSU was almost at the same price as others with less wattage and i tought it could be handy for a future upgrade (as i mentioned above, buying a gpu).

Another thing is, I have a UPS with supports max 480W, I think i already know the answer but, as i dont get near that point, i woulndt get any issues, won't I?

By the way. On the Seasonic official's site (altough maybe they arent telling exactly the true) they say this:
"The 80 PLUS® Bronze certification guarantees greater than 82 %, 85 % and 82 % efficiency at 20 %, 50 % and 100 % operating loads, respectively."
Does that means that i could get above 80% eff at roughly 30%?
