I got my tower and monitors back in december. I don't know much about the towers and all of it's cables along w/ anything else. But I'm trying to take out my motherboard from my tower. And I need to unplug the cords that're attached to the motherboard. And I've watched youtube videos of people taking out their motherboard. But whenever I try to unplug the cords they won't budge or come loose- the motherboard sort of bends. And I was wondering if there was some sort of switch that would let the cables come out.

Can you post your specs? Standard PSU connectors have little locking latches on one side that you'll need to hold down as you remove them.

If it's a 'non-standard' or proprietary PSU, the connectors may be a little different - but generally, they're all held in place with the little latches.
