I get shit fps on games that my PC should run with no problem.
My specs are:
r9 390
i5 6500
16gb ram
I think the problem is my cpu, because it gets to 100% on games like BF4 (I cant even get 60 stable fps) , when my gpu never gets to that point. I didnt find a solution, so I came here to ask for help.
