I have a GTX 1070, i5 6600k (not overclocked), and not an ssd.

My graphics are good, but every time im flying in the air or am driving my screen tears and it seems like my whole PC is bottlenecking.

I would love to have good graphics, but I enjoy good performance.

I dont know if there is something wrong with my computer, but in nvidia every game says "Game can't be optimized"

Yes I have Geforce Game ready driver version 376.33

Well I created a new one because the subject of this thread became something else. Herc gave me advice, and that advice had errors aside it, I solved the errors, but am still not happy with Nvidias choice of settings.

No I have a H110 Gaming. Also like I said I am a total noob to editing my settings, when I tried before I just couldn't get it right.

Well the settings they gave me seemed too advanced for my system. I would have screen tearing while doing fast movements. The settings I have right now are fine, but I don't even know if they are even that good, because I made them and I have no idea what I'm doing. :??:

Its supposed to be used for playstation. Does monitor have an impact on gaming? I thought only the refresh rate did and the resolution.
