Dual channel or not?

Hi, I'm building a new PC, the motherboard is a MSI Z270M Mortar, but the 4 RAM slots are all the same color, and ot says in the specifications that it's dual link. Can you explain me? Thanks!

It may be the same color, but I would read the manual and figure out which channel is for which channel.

Page 27 in the manual.

From the CPU the slots go A1 A2 B1 B2. Use Slots A2 and B2 for dual channel with 2 DIMMS.

The manual will show you how to install the RAM. The color is just a color. It doesn't mean anything. It's probably a tiny bit cheaper to build using the same color for all RAM sockets.
