I am building a new PC for gaming and streaming on Twitch with a budget of ~1300 Euros and asked for suggestions on a German hardware forum. I do not plan on overclocking. They came up with the following suggestions and I just want to double check with you guys:
CPU:
Intel Core i7-7700, 4x 3.60GHz, boxed (BX80677I77700)
Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-H270-Gaming 3 Intel H270 So.1151 Dual Channel DDR ATX Retail
RAM:

LG Electronics GH24NSC0 DVD-RW SATA intern schwarz Bulk
Case:
Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl mit Sichtfenster, schallgedämmt (FD-CA-DEF-R4-BL-W)
and for a new monitor either this cheaper one:
LG Electronics 24MP68VQ-P, 23.8"
or a more expensive 144 Hz Modell, haven't decided yet if I can afford this one:
AOC G2460PF, 24"
Plus I find the red bar a little bit ugly, any good 144 Hz alternatives?
