Getting Less Fps Than I should be having| GTX 1070 | i5 6600k

I'm playing overwatch and getting with medium high settings around 130 fps. Then I go watch someone else with same setup and they have more fps than I do and they're running higher settings.

Are all of your system drivers up to date?
Do you have other tasks running in the background.

I have nothing open, updating gtx 1070 drivers right now, what other drivers would i need to update?

Did you overclock your Cpu/Gpu? What is your Cpu/Gpu usage while gaming ?. What power options are you using ? What is the power management mode of your Gpu (Found in Nvidia control panel under the manage 3d settings tab).
