first time on these forums so i dont know about which tags to put where so i apologize. I just updated my bios (z170 gaming 7) from f6 to f20 through q-flash and it restarted after it was finished and it said that "no operating system was found" but it booted up normally and i could access my computer and everything but i tried to get back into the bios and it does the exact same thing. i updated so i could turn on XMP and now i still cant turn it on, rip. Any help would be very appreciated.

also if the default setting for the SATA settings are reset to IDE and you originally had it set to AHCI you may need to change that back
