I purchased the sapphire r9 nitro fury and i see people doing reviews with this gpu. This gpu does have what its made for but then i see people benchmark gta 5 at max settings and they get like in the 80's when i last saw and my gpu is only getting 30-40 and i turned all the max settings off and still the same framerates. Is this because im low on power for the gpu tho im using a 850 power supply, Is this gpu damaged or anything because this does not seem right. I played black ops 2 and i get to 80 frames with max so is it my processor or whats up. I have a Intel Pentium 2020M 2.40GHZ

There was another reply here, I got an email for it... With the fact that you have a laptop, you would need to buy a desktop system to have the sort of freedom to replace your motherboard. You unfortunately can't just dismantle the entire laptop and drop parts in. Or, if you do, you risk just destroying the entire thing.
