Hi! So, i bought a new CPU (changed motherboard, casing, cooler and PSU) and during the first 2 months or so it ran fine. Suddenly it began to randomly restart. It restarts every hour on average during a few hours, no matter what i'm doing; 3d rendering or browsing the web. Then it stops and it runs fine for days. Suddenly, it begins restarting again. I disabled the power options on windows, checked my temps (25-30 idle, doesn't go over 60 on full load). All seems fine on the BIOS, and the voltages are normal. It is not overclocked. When it restarts, on the event log, there's an "Error 41". Help?

SPECS:
Intel Core i7-6700K
Motherboard GIGABYTE B150M-D3H DDR3-CF
Memory 1x4gb 1600mhz Corsair HyperX and 2x 2gb 1333mhz GeIL sticks which i don't remember the exact model. They are on a different slot group than the 1600mhz one.
Water Cooler Seidon 120v
PSU Seasonic S12 II 620w
GPU AMD Radeon HD 6570
M-Audio M-track audio interface

It's kind of a frankenstein now but i intend to upgrade it as the money comes. Any ideas?

Yes, they're all running on 1333mhz for now according to monitoring softwares. That's while i can't buy new sticks. But could that be the cause of the random restarts? I did a stress test on my memory a while ago and everything was fine.

problems with RAM usually causes your PC to freeze. have you tried resetting your OC settings in the BIOS? adding a new RAM may have destabilize your OC settings. may give some sudden high temp/vcore jumps on your CPU which may cause your PC to restart itself.

yes i have resetted bios.
i also updated bios.
my problem is different sir.
on mornings “after shutdowning last night for atleast 6-7 hours”
my pc will work for some hours, then i will restart randomly.
Then the random restart timing will go faster.
Then faster and faster.
last i will not be able to boot the bios also.

i need to shut it down for hours to work properly for one or two hours
