CPU - AMD FX - 9590
I know for a fact that it's my CPU doing this but recently my frames in games have been getting random lag spikes. In csgo my frames are at 200+ then randomly drops down to 15-25 frames. This is what I've checked.
- Thermal Paste
- Drivers
- Temperature
- Voltage
- Updates
- Fans
- Viruses
Everything Says it is going well but I checked on task manager while playing csgo and whenever the frames drop, my CPU GHz goes from around 4.7 GHz to around 1.3 GHz, then shoots back up to 4.7 GHz. I built my own computer and everything is plugged up right. Any help would be appreciated. :/
