I just got my Samsung 960 evo and hav'nt installed the software yet because I wanted to know when benchmarking should I benchmark first before install of magician software? will it give me any inaccuracies? can I install and disable anything in it to benchmark every now an again?

any issues before I install

Install Samsung's latest version of Magician, update it's firmware and install the driver.. http://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/tools.html

There have been issues in the past with Rapid Mode but the 960 Evo should be fully compatible with Windows 10 now. Am not sure what you mean by throw off benchmarks. Bench it and see if you're getting the advertised speed, and use Magician to optimize the drive.
