I recently changed my gpu and added a new fan to my computer however after gaming for some time the computer would just lose power and start again unlike a normal shut down, after research it seems it could be the PSU's problem so I used HWMonitor and looked at the PSU Voltages but not sure if this is bad or not (Im pretty sure its screwed)

I am using the stock 500watts psu that came with the case. The GPU I installed was a asus nvidia gtx 1060 6gb DUAL Series OC, and the GPU b4 the change was a Gigabyte GTX 650ti 2gb.

Readings:
CPU VCORE: 0.795V
+3.3v: 2.040v
+5V: 3.447V
+12V 0.625V
-12V: -7.056V
-5V: -5.376V
+5V VCCH: 2.822V
VBAT: 1.632V

Any help will be appreciated, and was wondering with these readings should I change PSU

Solution
Voltage readings from HWMonitor won't tell us much. The PSU has a sticker on its side that will list "3.3V, 5V, 12V, -12V" (could be "12V1, 12V2" as well) and a bunch of amp ratings. Either take a picture of that and post it here or check the amp rating for +12V.
