Im new to the whole pc platform including specs. I'm planning on slowly moving from console to mainly pc as my platform. I've been looking around and was wondering which of build is better to determine which one I should buy. They're both pre built but for one of them I picked the specs based on recommendations for friends and the other is built by the store.
This is the one from the store
AMD FX-4300 Vishera quad-core processor
3.8GHz

8GB DDR3 SDRAM system memory (expandable to 16GB)

1TB SATA hard drive

10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet
Connect to a broadband modem with wired Ethernet

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 Graphics
With 2GB of dedicated graphics memory

This is the one I picked the specs for.
iBUYPOWER Source Red 210
AMD FX-6300 6-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GT730 2GB
8GB DDR3 + 1TB Hard Drive

Heyo Big Cain

Not to pick on any of the systems you've found. Personally I wouldn't go with them. The hardware inside is somewhat outdated. If it's because you don't feel like buidling your own, then alright. I felt that way aswell once.
I've put together a system beneath, which should suit your needs for now as a "newbie" in the PC master race ;)

Memory: Crucial 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($91.99 @ Adorama)
