Hi my pc is very slow. My disk usage is a 100% maybe that's the problem?

if your disk usage is 100% your PC will be slow.
the question should be why is the disk at 100%? is windows searching for updates? is the disk full? is the constant disk usage recent or a long standing issue? if it is recent when did it start?
what are your system specs, and what OS are you using?

Open Resource Monitor,
switch to Disk tab,
order Disk Activity section by column Total (descending),
adjust File column, that file names are visible and
post screenshot of it.
