So I have narrowed down my options to these CPU's, an wanna ask the community which one I should go for to pair up with my RX 470, thanks in advance guys!

If you're not considering the 'K' version of the 4690 and just the standard version then i would choose the i5 4460. Unless you are wanting to overclock to make the PC more future proof then i would get the 4690k but there wouldn't be any need in overclocking with your GPU.
you mean there is not much performance gap between the two? they say with the 4690 you could squeeze a bit of edge out in games against 4460, even barely
I'll just be upgrading and want to reuse my ddr3 ram
so i am just considering the haswell options
what do you think? do you think the extra price is worth the 500mhz difference in clock speed between the two?

Will be easier to recommend one if you list the prices. How much does the i5-4460 cost, and how much does the i5-4690? If you live in the US, that's easy as we can look it up. but we don't know if you do.
Currently, the i5-4460 costs 175 dollars whilst the i5-4690 costs 240 dollars. That's a massive price increase and not worth it. Maybe if it was 190-200 dollars it would be.

The 4460 suddenly got a price spike, I'm like paying 2 dollars per 100Mhz because in Philippine peso its 8,700(4460) versus 9,300(4690), what do you guys think?

I shall consider this close, as I am now leaning more on the 4690, thank you guys for your inputs! Hopefully the 4690's price doesnt spike like the 4460's.
