Not sure what price you are paying or what country you are in. In its price range it is good choice but cheap PSU's are not suitable for overclocking. Overclocking places greater demands on the power supply and cheap PSU's will not maintain system stability. Doesn't mean you can't overclock, just you won't be able to reach higher speeds. You can't run a F1 race in an economy sedan.
