Which motherboard & CPU should I choose?

PROCESSOR
Intel Core i5-6600 3.30-3.90GHz Skylake
VS
Intel Core i5-7500 3.4-3.8 Ghz 4-core Kaby Lake Processor

Solution
If your not going to get the K series processor made to overclock then their no reason to buy the more expensive Z motherboard.
For the processor both of those will give about the same performance so get whatever cost less.

OMG i have lots to learn =( thank you for the support guys ..
i wonder what section can i post that someone cam suggest a build for me Worth 40-50 thousand php or 1200$

i would use a site like PC part picker, choose the CPU you want and it will help you find parts that work with it & won't offer mismatching parts. Then just read reviews of the parts it suggests, best way to learn. Then if you think you have a good build, come in here and ask opinions

I should have thought about Z motherboards, but then I don't make PC much myself, or suggest parts even less :)
