When I first loaded up the Windows 10 installation disk on my brand new PC build, the system read that there were 2 drives. My 120gb SSD and my 3tb Hard Drive.

The SSD showed a full capacity of 111gb which is normal and I installed the OS on my SSD. So a week goes by and my pc is having issues and I end up formatting everything by using my Windows 10 disk. At this point it still showed 111gb capacity.

After this I couldn't install the OS by selecting the SSD drive so I had to do it manually through the command prompt. I ended up creating a system partition of 4.5gb to copy the contents of the disk into the partition. Iended up doing this incorrectly and it only copied part of the information on the disk.

So I went to format again but this time when it showed my drives it showed my 111gb capacity was now at 106gb. Is there any way to get it back to the way it was? To its full capacity?

Disk Management shows the full capacity of my drive but it is split into two.

yeah, can't delete in disk management as it sees its the boot sector and win 10 isn't suicidal enough to let you do that.

try using http://dban.org/ free version and wipe ssd and see if that gives you rest of drive. I would have though diskpart would wipe it

can you share a screen shot of disc management? (upload to image sharing site and show link here)

Well, it is the right size, its got 106gb in 1 partition and 4.5 in the other, just delete both partitions when installing win 10. Also, should remove 3tb drive while installing as win 10 might put its boot partition on it instead

I pasted a link to the image of Disk Management. An issue I was having was that it wasn't letting me delete the partitions when I booted up the OS disk.

are you doing a custom install and going to screen where it shows all the partitions?

It looks like windows 10 has set the 4.88gb up as the boot drive but you should be able to delete it either in screen above or

unplug PC & remove power cable from hdd (only do this if anything on hdd now that you don't want to accidentally delete)
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
follow this to clean the ssd: http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/cleaning-up-a-drive-format-vs-secure-wipe-ssd-and-hdd/useofdiskpart/#UsingDISKPART which should take it back to 110gb.
Once its run, restart PC and run the installer and see how you go.

Yeah I was doing a custom install. I can't delete the partition in Disk Management. Here's a link to show what appears when I right click.

When I did the custom install I opened up the command prompt and wiped the drive clean. These are all the steps I followed to install Windows 10.
