Which one of these SSD should i get

I consider the MX300 275GB to be the best value, but the highest quality and fastest one is the Samsung Evo 250GB.

I would agree with RCFProd. Crucial MX is the beset value of the options presented. Personally, I'd spend the money on the Samsung Evo though. I have 2 840 Evo, 1 850 evo, 950 Pro, and a 960 Evo M.2 and all have been flawless. all of the with the exception of the 960 have been through multiple builds over the last few years and they have just always worked great. The Samsung Magician software has also worked very well for me.

just my opinion, so take it for what it's worth.

Out of those I would get the Crucial.
I have all my games loaded on one of these good price for 480gb. Got mine on sale for 112 bucks.
