Weird monitor glitch/bug.

Greetings.

I just booted my PC to play some Overwatch, but when I did, this happened:

I have never seen anything like this. This is an about 5 year old 1050x1680 display from Prestigio.

Is it fixable or not?

Ah yeah I see now. Can you try another screen / TV? Certainly looks like faulty monitor to me.

could also be the cable at fault, if its using VGA connection.

Dunno, if you can see it, but if you look at the text it seems like there is a shadow coming from the left to right.
