The motherboard model seems only to support DDR3 memory up to 1600 MHz. The H110M-A will support DDR4 RAM, but only up to 2133 MHz. Please look at that again and choose compatible memory/motherboard.
Actually, there's two version of the same mobo.
One is DDR4 the other is DDR3.

OP gotta be careful on which you choose. Make absolute sure you're getting the DDR4 version of it, otherwise it won't work.

Aside from that, the only thing i'd change on your build is the PSU. Rather low quality if you ask me, i wouldn't put a RX 480 on it.
