İ ll gonna do that machine i want to use arduino shield and uno r3 2x dvd rw 1x servo mini motor my question is can i use that components for do this machine i dont want do zero pcb l293 d motor ... some one can explain it

I am not sure what you're asking, to be honest.

Go to Instructables web site. Search for CNC - you'll find plenty of projects which use CD drives for X/Y stage. Here is an example.
