Is it a good deal? (X5650 Workstation)

Hi everyone!
I recently bought a Fujitsu workstaton with the following hardware:
-(1) Xeon x5650 CPU
-Dual socket 1366 MoBo
-12Gb DDR3 ECC Reg. Ram
-950W PSu
-160Gb HDD
That was approx.: 240 USD or 215 EUR. Was it a good deal?
(ps. I'm considering a GTX 970 for 200 USD to buy later)

Not that bad for 240 USD and it comes with 12 gb ram a decent psu hard drive I would add a 500gb for storage 160 could be use for boot. Only thing that may hold you back is the pci-e type it could be 2.0 or 3.0 but either than that pretty decent for a start.
