Dual screen resolution problem (All in one + and older monitor)

We have an all in one machine that is too wide to fit in the top of our kiosk out on the warehouse floor, so we put it down below and hooked up a second monitor since it will fit. The issue is when they open up the ERP system login it keeps defaulting to opening 3/4s off the screen. It would appear that it keeps trying to base the resolution off the actual all in one machine so it tries to center it according to that and no amount of resolution changing will fix it. Has anyone ran into this? Hopefully I explained it well.

Using Show Only Display 2 at the moment (more or less mirroring) but have tried extended with the same results.
