You can only Crossfire an R9 380 with another R9 380 or an R9 285 (which runs slower than a 380 because the clocks are lower).
Honestly Crossfire isn't the solution. Sell your R9 380 and buy an RX 480. I had 2 R2 280 in Crossfire that I sold and bought an RX 480, and while it benchmarks slower, everything runs smoother and better. Not every game supports Crossfire.
I wouldn't crossfire unless you can find another r9 380 SUPER cheap, multi gpu setups are a hassle and usually don't give you as much extra performance as you're imagining. I'd buy an RX 480 4GB if you have the money.
