Black screen after 10secons fan getting loud

Hello. I have problem with hp desktop computer. I had 4gb ram 2×2gb I upgraded them to 8gb of ram 2×4gb. Everything was OK. After that I put another 2gb stick wanted to make the PC to 10gb. But I get black screen and after 10 seconds and fan is getting louder to max. I disconnected and removed 2gb of ram. Still the no screen and loud fan after seconds. I put back old one and again no screen. I tried with one stick. No result. Then I remove cmos battery. Again the same. Finally I manage to get screen. Everything was OK. In this morning I switched on the PC but again black screen. I remove the battery, nothing... After many cmos resets and ram stick change i started the PC with 2gb. I switched it off and again black screen and loud fan. What can be wrong with, motherboard or onbord graphic card? Hp pavilion 8300. Intel i5_3570 and onboard video. Any ideas? Thank you

Thanks for your message, I checked the 4 pin connector and everything looks ok. Today again, I manage to get pc running, made some memory tests, everthings looks good. I turned it of and again the same.... Black screen, 10-20 secons and both fans start spin from low to max.
