Hi guys, my friend is really interested in starting his youtube channel. Its about his fitness routines etc. So he asked me what kind of pc to buy. Im fairly familiar with pcs, but I have some doubts. Should he get a high end graphics card, like a gtx 1070, or something cheaper, like a gtx 1050 ti. Also I would love to see some builds.
The budget is anywhere from 800-1000$ already have monitor, keyboard, etc

a modern i5 Processor and a mid-range video card should be enough for 1920x1080 basic editing. I indulge in a very fast 1.1 TB SSD for you.
32 GB of RAM should be plenty for editing as well. most 2D editing programs are more CPU intensive than GPU.

alternately, this uses a smaller SSD and adds a 2TB Hard drive, and downgrades the GPU a step for an i7, with 8 threads:
