Here are my specs :

Manufacturer: Intel
Speed: 3.4 GHz
Category: High Performance
Generation: 10th
Brand: Core i7 3rd Gen
Cores: 4

Name: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730
Chipset: GeForce GT 730
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Memory: 1.9 GB
Category: Performance
Generation: 18th
DirectX: 11.1

Solution
Yes 100% sure. You are running a GT 730 which is a PCIE 2.0 card. Since the 750 Ti is newer, the only thing you will have to do is update the drivers (unless the drivers are already current). Your Motherboard is PCIE 3.0 complainant, so not problems there.

Thank you very much for the answer!

Even if the drivers are current, they still need to be uninstalled and reinstalled. It's a different GPU, so the computer needs to configure the drivers accordingly.

It's 2017, You don't it will automatically do this for you unless you running windows xp. Which came out in 2001... I do suggest downloading the newest drivers anyways and doing a reinstall, but since it's the same brand (nvidia), it won't be a major problem. Unlike switching between other tech like AMD to NVIDIA, vise-versa.

lol, yeah, you're probably right. I still have bad memories from 2003 with windows xp, when my old GeForce 2 card died and I bought a cheap GeForce 4 mx440. I just couldn't get it to work, and as my old card was dead and I didn't have integrated graphics, I couldn't uninstall the old drivers. Ended up buying a new HDD and reinstalling the OS just to get it to work.
