I recently got a sapphire radeon hd 4830 gpu off of ebay for a pretty good price used and working. This was about a week ago and i still have the same constant problem on bootup. Whenever i have the card in my computer with power to it and video output with the igpu all is fine. The driver version is 8.970.100.1100 and the driver date is 4/29/2013. The card also shows up in gpuz as well. However, when i try to boot up my system from the card, i cant get a display. It only shows something when i have it plugged into my tv with hdmi for some reason and even then it has all of these strange artifacts all over the screen and then i can see picture but it is covered with lines. Before it gets to the actual welcome screen on bootup, it gives me a blue screen of death. Im leaning more towards a driver problem since it shows video. If it was the card, it would still be able to boot right? I dont think i would have been sold a broken card so if this has happened to anyone else please help, im really at a loss here and im no professional when it comes to troubleshooting. Im running windows 7 home premium
