Hi
Today i got a new motherboard,CPU,and Ram
when i press the start button the fan spins about 5 seconds restarts then repeats itself,,pressing delete on the keyboard wont get me to the bios to update for the new CPU using QFlash

Gigabyte B150M-D3H
intel i5-7500

cx 500 psu
ive tried working through removing ram, changing slots etc,,tried it on the box ,,its not the psu as im using it on another system ,,any ideas im kinda stumped,,,
im a bit suspicious of the board as its been open before i got it,,
