I have been experiencing several issues and blue screen error. The green line appearance problem is new issue that happened so far. Picture on below

Other than above, i also experiencing blue screen quite frequent as below, the same issues has been happening before i replaced all hardwares except hard drive.

1)stop code : KMODE exception not handled (what failed: iorate.sys)

2)stop code : Page fault in NonPaged Area (what failed: NTFS.sys)

3)stop code :Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap

I had been reinstalled window 10 and all my hardwares were newly bought last week , the only old hardware is hard drive that has been used for not more than 4 years. It was still normal this morning without the greeen lines issue, but then when i switched on this evening, this trouble occurred.

My Rig [All new hardwares except hard drive]
Pentium G4400 3.3 Ghz
Ram 4gb
Motherboad: MSi B150M Pro-VDH (Ms 7982)(U3E1)
Display -> samsung TV (1920x1080 @59hz)
Intel HD graphics 510 (MSI)
Window 10 Pro 64bit
Power Logic 500w ATX Power supply

All drivers has been updated and device manager shows everything fine without exclamation mark . I did turned off window 10 Fast Startup.

[Update*] i did unplugged hard drive and testing to boot bios system, i still find one green line, could it be my new power supply malfunctioned ? The green line does not appear if i switch to normal TV channel, but solely happening on PC connection.

i have been tried to connect to standard old monitor with VGA connection instead of TV [hdmi connection]this time.
Now no more green lines at all, but the stop code blue screen auto restart issue still persisted, and i have conduct disk check to check disk for error, and the result is no error at all !

Solution
Green lines to your TV indicate a problem not related to Windows.

You don't need a discrete GPU to not "strain" your system. The integrated GPU should work perfectly fine in all scenarios, if something isn't broken or faulty.

Windows 10 being not genuine could potentially be a problem, but you're having problems outside of Windows too. My money is on your motherboard, but it could be your CPU too. However it's not a bad idea to rule out other things.

^ Go here and download "Image for creating bootable USB Drive". Let it run one complete cycle to 100%, you should have zero memory errors.
What I'm seeing appears to be display corruption before Windows loads. It could but RAM (since system memory is used as video memory with integrated graphics) but I'd say that's unlikely. CPUs very rarely die or have issues, but it's a distinct possibility. However, my money is on it being a motherboard problem.

Have you tried different video outputs?

Without other parts to swap in and test, it will be hard to isolate the problem. I'm aware of a Dell utility called ePSA which tests your hardware before Windows loads, which may work on your PC if you can find a copy of it somewhere, and there may be other such utilities.

from the bluescreen error messages, I suspect its your HDD.

iorate.sys --> 'io' for input/output ie, writing data to disk.
ntfs.sys --> 'nfts' is the name of windows file system.

And you said the HDD is only thing thats old in your build.

run chkdsk/f from a command prompt
or
open your disk properties and choose 'check disk for errors' and make sure you check the 'repair' checkbox.

im getting more confused now
I try to log in to window, but it somehow lost signal of display and keep on getting blue screen restart and then just stuck there and eventually i have to unplugged the power cable.
So i couldnt even performing a disk check up now.
I suspect it might be hard drive issue , before it lost signal on display i hear the small noise like ticking [ tic ~tic~tic~ ].

Unplug your hard drive. It won't boot into Windows but if you still have issues like crashing and restarting without it, you can know for sure it isn't the issue.

We can't tell you for sure what it is, you'll need to take steps to isolate it.

Ecky, i did as you instructed[unplug hard drive], it seems running fine into bios system, but whenever it started up, i can see very little tad of green line [ not as severe as picture in my 1st post ]. The green line does not appear if i switch to normal TV channel, but solely happening on PC connection.

Do i actually need a graphic card to connect to TV to any hassle, perhaps its a strain for my PC without graphic card?

Btw, my window 10 64bit is not genuine, but it appeared as [ window is activated ], so could it be window issue? but i have been reinstalling it last week.
