Computer Crashes to Solid Color Screen - Unlike anything I've experienced

First thing first, I built my PC about 1-2 years ago, without a graphics card. Two months ago I bought a graphics card and installed it in the PC. It worked fine for a week until it started. It started about after I bought Overwatch, I played a few games and everything worked fine, I was getting about the right framerates (30-70). The first few times "it" started happening, I was about three matches in (about 45 minutes of playing), and the game would crash (I'll go into detail later on in this post), and I would be forced to hard-reboot. The next thing I did after it crashed, is I download the most recent graphics driver, (also with Geforce Experience). That didn't fix anything. Then I used a DDU (Display-Driver-Uninstaller), that didn't work (with no driver what so ever), then I reinstalled the most recent driver, that didn't work, then I did the second most recent driver, that didn't work. After that, I tried reinstalling two of the games (CSGO, and Overwatch), nope. Eventually I gave up and took it to Microcenter, they were helpful by telling me I should send the GFX card back. I did, which took a long while, GUESS WHAT? That's not the fix. I know I'm missing some troubleshooting steps I did, but you get the point, I've tried everything I know.

Here are my parts:
Intel Pentium G3258 @ Factory OC (3.2GHz)
EVGA 1050 TI 4GB Graphics Card (Keep in mind this has NO outlet to plug in 6 pin connector)
MSI H81M-E34 Motherboard (I think this is the one)
Crucial Ballistix Sport (8GB x 1)
WD 1TB Hard Drive
Corsair CX 430W PSU
Fractal Core 1100

Now, the PSU and 1050 TI should be compatable because the 1050 only takes in like >50W (I think) in one PCI-E slot with no extra power, a big selling point for me. I ran one of those calculator tests and I should be passing with flying colors. I think I only needed to draw 200W ish. This brings up the question what if one of these units (Mobo or PSU) is defective and I didn't know about it.. Maybe. But for me to replace everything at once its $250 of hard earned cash. Ill talk about this later.

The problem in depth
I will log onto my PC, let it boot up like usual. Nothing is affected here. As everything finishes boot I'll open the Battle.net client, and open Ovewrwatch. My screen will go black signaling that I'm in the game (this is not the crash), it will take a second to load and then I'll be flashed into the "Login" menu. Once that finishes and I'm on the main menu, none of the usual characters will load. Then the screen will go black then quickly switch to a random color, sometimes looping the noise in the background, sometimes I can still play the game and talk to people. Eventually I am forced to hard reboot.

I'm trying to avoid spending $250 of my own money on a new mobo, ram, cpu, and psu. Thank you guys in advance, if you need more information don't hesitate to ask.
