Hello, my CoolerMaster 700W power supply finally crapped out about a week ago after 5 years of heavy use (surprised it lasted this long), I need advice on a new power supply to buy. If possible I'd prefer semi-modular at least and maybe a little bit of headroom for possibly upgrading to Zen in the next year or so
I am using an Intel Core i5-4570 non-K on a really low-end mobo
2x 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 sticks
Gigabyte GTX 1080 Founders Edition
500GB SSD, 1TB 7200RPM HDD, An old DVD player from 2007 (if that makes any difference)
I'll also be running a 3TB 7200RPM (I think?) external hdd at all times, though since it plugs into the wall, I'm not sure if it'd affect power usage
Would also be cool to have a quiet/silent PSU. Cable management isn't a massive issue though
My budget is £80
