Graphic card drivers not working

I am putting a nvidia k620 in my friends computer and it works with out the drivers but when I install the drivers the screen freaks out in a messy green lines and doesn't do any thing but the static green lines

Probably corrupt drivers. Run DDU to remove the old drivers before installing a different (older) version of its drivers. Don't worry, this isn't the typical driver sweep adware stuff you get.
