Can I put a GTX 1050ti in a HPE-580t?

I have an old HP Elite lying around and it has a decent i7-950 in it as well as 10GB of ram. I know the 1050ti (at least the model I'm getting) doesn't need external power. However, my problem lies in its HP software. Will it prevent me from installing the card?

The mobo is a Pegatron IPMTB-TK Truckee-UL8E. I heard it has issues with larger PSU's, but I don't intend to upgrade the PSU for that very reason. Does this specific mobo have a UEFI BIOS?

It has a conventional legacy BIOS.

So should I buy a new motherboard and case? And if so what 1366 motherboard would you recommend? That, or can I throw the 1050ti in a Dell Inspiron 3847 which has an i5 4460? I'm reluctant to do the 1st option cause that'll cost extra, but the latter will take quite a bit of convincing of someone to get.

LGA1366 socket motherboards are not widely available new. Intel DX58OG motherboard:

If it doesn't come with BIOS Version 0920 then you'll need to update the BIOS.

Some have reported that BIOS Version 0888 has problems with UEFI Boot where storage drives are not listed during Windows install.

With the Dell Inspiron 3847 option you'll most likely need to upgrade the power supply unit as well since its combined +12V continuous power capacity is too weak to safely handle a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti.
