can i pair a i5 7600k H110M without having a another 1151 cpu to update bios

im building a brand new computer and it says im going to need a bios update to run the i5 7600k
on a H110M motherboard but i dont have a old 1151 processor here are my parts

so will the i5 7600k work with this motherboard just fine out of the box any response appreciated

Not if you got a B250 or H270 board, those are chipsets designed for Kaby Lake. By running a 1xx chipset with a Kaby CPU you lose Optane support and have fewer PCIe lanes. These aren't a big deal for me personally, but H110 is also limited to only 2 RAM slots, which you might regret later.

The 7600K is clocked about 2.5% higher than the 7600 non-K, which will be completely invisible to you.
I don't think so, no. You'll need to see if the vendor will update it for you, or give you stock with an updated BIOS, or perhaps check to see if they have an alternative board that ships with a Kaby-compatible BIOS. You could also buy something like a cheap Celeron G3900 to use and return it, eating a very small restocking fee.
