This is my first pc build ever, I put it together, I double then tripled checkeffects the wires to make sure theyes were all in the correct spot. So I attempted to boot up my computer, and all that happen was the cpu fan spump for a second and the gpu fan spun for a second. Ever since I can turn on the computer...HELP!
