Radeon HD 7870 doubt about compatibility

The gpu Sapphire Radeon Hd 7870 does not show signal on monitor and it takes about 20 seconds to boot the bios, drivers are update, the motherboard is compatible? its need a bios update? (excue my poor english).

I have an ASUS M4a88T M-LE motherboard with 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16

Cooler Master 550 Watts power supply

The gpu was tested on other cpu.

Yes, the motherboard has integrated graphics, I am pluggin the monitor in to the videocard output and not shows signal, the integrated does it, the boot for the bios takes 20 seconds.
