Will vga to hdmi adapter work for gtx 1050 ti to use on vga monitor

That's exactly what you need. It even has an audio output, just maje sure that you have a free usb port to power the adaptor (but i think that there are ones that just draw power from HDMI) cant quote your message cuz im on mobile and is buggy af (sry).

yes, but 1050 is only DVI-D. This type of DVI requires an active converter (dont be scammed by basic converters, they do not work.) Or you should try with hdmi to vga (also active converter).
keep in mind that vga is analog signal and HDMI and DVI-D output digital signals. Currently im using a HDMI->VGA and no problem at all. Good luck!

I have a 1050ti and Im using an hdmi to vga, simple converter works fine.
