Hello! i am having issues with my pc...
So yesterday i bought a new gtx 980 ti (big upgrade from an r9 270) and was running amazing as usual, no problems, then i saw the little nvidia thing in the hidden icons that said there was a driver update for my card so as a good pc elitist i installed it. now everytime i log onto windows it will run slowly for about 30 - 50 seconds and then freeze my mouse keyboard and the computer and ill i can do is press the re-start button. (not even a hard shut down works). so i am wondering if i could get some assistence :)

CPU: FX-8320
MOBO : ASRock 990FX extreme 3
GPU: 980 ti
psu : 600w
OS: windows 10

if you need more specs let me know, all components running stock and not OC'd or boosted. Oh! and also, im in safe mode right now and it looks like msi afterburner isnt recognizing my GPU at all, but it is on as i can see it in my pc lit up.
