I have been trying to find out why something is using a 100% of my disk usage ,i usually happens at startup with the computer being slow for some time but it will spike to 100% for know reason. it means that the computer is unresponsive i needed to reset the computer twice to make this thread.I have disabled superfetch services and a few others i have ran virus scans have change memory settings i have used command prompt to check if there was corrupted files i have ran scan after scan and it is driving me mad. I recently added some more ram but memory scan says it OK some suggestions would be great. any suggestion will be a help.
