Can i run 2 different gpu's at the same time?

I got a GTX 760 4GB and a GTX 1080 8GB and The Crew don't support GTX 1080 but the GTX 760 do so is it possible to use both in the pc and use a setting or somthing to choose which one is running? (i use 3 monitors if that may help) :D :D thanks for help :D

You can have them both in your system and set some programs to use one gpu rather than the default, but games dont have this option usually and you will have to restart and set the default graphics adapter if you want to use a different card. And the crew will run fine on a 1080...
